Visits by Appointment
To limit the amount of visitors onsite, we recommend guests to book their trip in advance online or by telephone.

Masks
Effective March 11, 2022, as per the BC provincial health guidelines, masks are optional for staff, volunteers, and visitors.
Prescreening
Visitors will be required to answer COVID-19 screening questions upon entry.
Physical Distancing
Measures are in place to reduce physical contact between visitors and staff, including posted occupancy limits, physical barriers, and one-way traffic flow through exhibit spaces.
There is a maximum of 10 visitors allowed onsite at one time.
Payment
Entry to the Museum is by donation. We accept cash, credit and debit. To reduce contact, donations and gift shop purchases can be made using a contactless debit/credit card reader.
Cleaning
For your safety, we conduct regular cleaning of high-touch surfaces. It is recommended that you sanitize your hands upon entry and after visiting the museum.
Reduced Touch Points
Interactive stations and audio/video kiosks may be temporarily unavailable during your visit. Please avoid touching surfaces wherever possible while visiting the museum.
Directional Flow
Please follow the posted signage throughout the Museum to maintain a one-way flow of traffic.
Please stay home if you are sick or experiencing any of the following symptoms:
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Loss of sense of smell or taste
- Difficulty breathing
- Sore throat
- Loss of appetite
- Extreme fatigue
- Headache
- Body aches
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
